Named for owner and designer Joanna Baum's dapper grandfather, Sir's collection is a mix of Parisian styles with vintage inspirations. Mostly filled with the in-house line, this bright boutique has racks of rich colors and lux textures.
The collection is feminine with deconstructed details and combines ready-to-wear pieces with custom dressier items. Prices range from $75-$500+ and include a few well-edited vintage pieces. It's a fun mix of styles, with favorites including a mod wool dress ($150), a re-worked vintage shirt ($125), and a burnt orange silk dress ($195). Definitely check out the small rack in the back where Sir line's dresses and blouses in saturated silk colors are available for custom orders in dozens of colors ($275-$550) and are perfect for bridal or special occasions.
Hard-to-find and locally made hand-crocheted scarves, hoods, and fingerless gloves cover the table ($40-$125), and supple leather bags surround the room ($350-$500). The jewelry collection is all made by local designers and ranges from $55-$250, with our favorite being detailed cuffs for $150.
Sir is a friendly place to shop with a well-edited collection and excellent service, making it easy to shop local styles and designers or find a few vintage pieces.
